12/31/2005 Happy New Year!Today is the last day of year 2005. May be a lot of people are busy summing up their work and their life of this year. Chinese people are good at summing-up, especially at the end of the year. However, I’m a forgetful person. I always forget what happened yesterday, so I really admire those people who can clearly describe what had happened this year. "Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery and Today is a gift."(Bryan Dyson) So, today is a present that God gave us.What we should do is to take full use of the last day of this year, not just think about what had happended in the past. It's no use crying over split milk. Today I don't have much work to do, so the most important thing for me is to say Happy New Year to all my friends! 12/23/2005 Merry Christmas! When December comes, you will find Christmas everywhere. Chirstmas decorations in shopping malls; Christmas cards in your mail box; Christmas messages in your moble phone; Christmas presents on your desk; Christmas news on TV and radio. Even on my calendar, I surprisedly found the red word "Christmas". In my memory, only Chinese festivals would be printed in red on the calendar.
No matter you like or dislike this western festival, it has already come into our life. We have Christmas discounts in shopping centers; we have Christmas dinners in restaurants; we have Christmas parties in bars. But it's a pity that we don't have the most important thing----Christmas Holidays!
 In the past Christmas Days, I didn't have a BF.So Christmas meant nothing to me. In the following Christmas Days, I still won't have a BF, but I have my lovely students. So from now on, I am looking forward to Christmas and Christmas cards my students made. Though the cards and gifts are very small, they represent the students' love
